HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests, you are welcome! Please take note of our House rules.
Some of our rules are required by the law, some others are based on common sense and mutual respect. Your cooperation will be fundamental for a pleasant stay at G Palace Residence.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
- CHECK-IN hours: from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Late or Early arrivals must be previously agreed with the Direction. Guests are kindly requested to advise their arrival 30 minutes before at the following number (+39)334-9233100. - Apartment must be left vacated within 10 a.m. of the departure day. Accommodation must be left tidy, and free of any waste.
- At their arrival Guests must provide valid i.d. cards, balance of the accommodation including the city tax (€ 1,00 per day, max 6 days) and any additional services.
- Guests will be provided of smart cards that allow access to the main entrance, the apartment door and, if required, the gate for the internal parking area.
- Every additional requirement or information can be submitted to the purposed person by phone or e-mail at info@gpalace.it.
- Whether Guests need to invite different people from the original reservation, they must submit regular request to the Direction.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATIONS
- In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded only in case cancellation is communicated at least 14 days before the arrival date.
SMOKERS
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartments.
ANIMALS
Although at G Palace Residence we all love animals, in order to assure a comfortable and relaxing stay, animals can’t be accepted.

SECURITY
In case of card loss, Guest must promptly inform the Direction which provides its deactivation. It is possible to ask for a new one only during the reception opening hours.
